PROSPECTIVE students can discover what university life is all about tomorrow.
The University of Sunderland open day is an opportunity for potential students of all ages to see what is on offer in terms of courses, facilities and experiences, not just academically but socially too.
The event features a range of subject talks, plus taster sessions from the most popular courses, giving an insight into what students can expect from their course.
It will also help potential students see what the university’s campuses and the city are like.
Tours of the university’s facilities are available throughout the day, and there will also be opportunities to speak to academics, current students and support staff and have a look around all the accommodation, including the £12million U-Student Village.
The open day takes places between 10am and 4pm in the Prospect Building, Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter’s, St Peter’s Way, Sunderland.
