Sunderland school to present production of Joseph
St Anthony's Girls Catholic Academy are staging a production of Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat - Ella Clasper is playing the role of Joseph with the brothers being played by Alexandra Earl, Hannah Trotter, Emily Northorpe, Charlotte Riley, Amy Watson, Emma Ford, Charlotte Galloway, Emily Dodds, Achsah Finney, Abbie Little and Georgia Bell.

Budding stars from St Anthony’s school are preparing for their version of Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
Girls from Years 7 to 13 are involved in the production, performing or backstage.
Year 13 student Ella Clasper, who landed the role of Joseph from more than 200 who auditioned, said: “I’m very excited about starring in this production. It’s a great opportunity to lead a cast of over 75 pupils.”
Music teacher Laura Dudley said: “I am incredibly lucky to be able to work with such talented and enthusiastic young ladies, and I am looking forward to all of their hard work paying off at the upcoming shows.”
Headteacher Monica Shepherd added: “This is another fine production in the long tradition of musical theatre at St Anthony’s, which stretches back over many decades.”
The production starts tomorrow and runs until Thursday.
