THE benefits of getting your five-a-day are being promoted by Sunderland College students, as part of a week-long healthy lifestyle event.
Feast week – Food Excellence and Skills Training – starts on Monday.
The initiative will promote the benefits of a healthy diet including top dietary tips.
It will also give city students the chance to create their own calorie-conscious stir fry.
