A CRASH course in IT will help those who have taught themselves or need a better understanding of computers a chance to further their skills.
Sunderland College will host the 10 week course for two days a week once the academic year gets under way.
The classes will run from 9.30am to 3.30pm and help will be available for travel and childcare costs.
Paul Stafford, the college’s employer liaison manager, said: “An IT qualification is great if you already have some IT skills and you can learn based on the areas you need to improve on to get the best from popular software and use technology to make your tasks easier.
“The courses have been developed to provide candidates with preparation for work in a modern, practical way that is relevant to the workplace.
“Learners don’t just achieve a qualification; we want them to succeed in their career goals.”
Anyone who would like more information can contact the college’s pre-employment team on 511 6478 or email email@example.com for more information.
