THE Children’s Network is urging young people to have fun with a series of events this Easter.
Ice skating and dance are just two of the activities being organised by the support group in April.
More than 1,000 young people are signed up to Durham County Council’s Children’s Network, which helps disabled children aged up to 19 and their families, by organising fun activities and offering discounts on days out.
Events are taking place across the county include Tin Arts Dance Workshops, at Framwellgate Community Centre on April 13.
Peterlee Leisure Centre has the film Cars 2 on April 2, and hosts ice skating on April 12.
To register with the Children’s Network call the team on 383 6545 or 383 4438.
