THREE men arrested after a drugs bust at a Sunderland house have been released on police bail.
Two men aged 51 and 29 were arrested on May 7 following a morning raid at a home in Hylton Road, Pennywell, which uncovered “large amounts” of class A and class B drugs.
A large amount of cash was also found by officers.
The pair were held on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cocaine.
A third man, aged 56, was arrested on May 8 on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cocaine and possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs.
The raid was carried out by Northumbria Police on behalf of Cleveland Police.
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said all three men have now been released on bail pending further inquiries.
