Minto’s arrest follows an incident in which a person in a Spider-Man all-in-one appeared during Sunderland’s 1-4 defeat to Manchester City at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday.

He has been released on bail and will appear before Sunderland Magistrates Court on December 23.
