POLICE arrested a man following a family argument.
Grant Kennedy’s father told him he was not welcome at the family home in Washington.
But he continued to bang on the door of the house in Hertburn Gardens, Concord, until officers arrived.
The 33-year-old admitted breaching the peace at Sunderland Magistrates’ Court.
Paul Anderson, prosecuting, said police were called to the address at 9.25am on December 12.
He said: “He had been in police custody the previous night as well.
“He was released at 7am in the morning and it looks like he went out and had a drink.”
Kennedy was bound over to keep the peace for 12-months, in the sum of £300.
