A TEENAGER has been arrested over a marathon tyre-slashing spree.

Police questioned the 18-year-old after he was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage yesterday morning.

A 35-year-old, who was arrested on Wednesday in relation to the attacks, has now been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Almost 40 cars parked in St Bede’s Terrace, Park Place, The Oaks and The Oaks West, Ashbrooke, had tyres slashed on Tuesday, causing thousands of pounds of damage.
