Missing man Carl Rowe, 42, from Roker in Sunderand

 

CONCERNS are growing for a man who went missing from his Sunderland home at the weekend.

Carl Rowe, of Eglington Street North in Roker, was last seen by members of his family at 6.45pm on Sunday.

The 42-year-old, who lives alone, was reported missing on Monday afternoon.

Police are now appealing for help tracing Mr Rowe, who is described as white, 5ft 10ins, with spiky short dark brown hair and wearing glasses.

At the time he disappeared, he was wearing navy blue Adidas tracksuit bottoms with three stripes down the side, a navy waist-length waterproof jacket, with a cream or white top underneath, white trainers and was carrying a small grey sports bag.

Anyone who saw Mr Rowe between Sunday night and Monday afternoon, or who has seen him since, is asked to get in touch with police as soon as possible, as there are concerns for his welfare.
