Police appeal after brick is hurled through bus window

Police are appealing for information after a brick was thrown through a bus window in Washington.

The incident happened at 2.50pm on Sunday, June 7, in Beech Square at the junction with Station Road in Columbia.

The male offender threw a brick at the bus window causing it to smash.

It is believed that he was on a bike.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have been on the bus, the Number 85, or in the area, and saw what happened to contact them.
