NEWCASTLE United striker Nile Ranger has been charged after a night out.
Police arrested the 20-year-old in the early hours of Sunday morning, in Newcastle’s Cathedral Square, on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly. He was charged, bailed and will appear before magistrates.
Ranger is already waiting to face court for an alleged drink-driving offence. He is also due to answer bail in a few days over an alleged attack that left a man fearing he had a broken jaw.
The latest arrest could land him in trouble with the club, if it is shown he breached a curfew on consuming alcohol 48-hours before his team played Stoke last night.
