A MAN was brought before magistrates after twice breaching his bail.
Thomas Stobbart, of Beechwood Crescent, Sunderland, admitted both offences at Sunderland Magistrates’ Court. The 23-year-old failed to turn up at court on January 13, after being bailed from Washington police station on December 17, and then skipped another court date two days later.
Paul McAlinden, defending, said Stobbart lived with his father, who had mental health problems.
Chair Derek Moss said: “When the court asked to be in court, you are supposed to be here.”
He was fined £55.
