A LANDLADY who admitted staging a fake heist on her social club has had another delay in her court case.

Kim Collins, 42, was found gagged and tied to a chair in the Big Club in Station Road, Boldon Colliery, on June 17 last year.

An operation was launched to try to find those responsible.

She later admitted making it up after being inspired by TV show CSI, and pleaded guilty to wasting police time.

When she was due to be sentenced, she said had instructed a new solicitor and wanted to change her plea to not guilty.

However, Collins has still not changed her plea, and remains convicted, but not sentenced.

Several court hearings have taken place, but the case has not been able to proceed.

At another hearing yesterday, the case was again adjourned, for more time for legal papers to be reviewed.
