POLICE are appealing for information after Barnes Institute in Whitburn was broken into.
The break-in happened between 7.50pm on Monday, May 5, and 9.50am on Tuesday, May 6, at the East Street premises.
A number of doors were forced, causing them to be damaged.
Nothing was stolen during the burglary.
Officers are carrying out enquiries into the break-in and are asking anyone who saw anyone seemingly suspicious in the area to contact them.
