Appeal after man assaulted in Shiney Row pub

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an assault at a pub in Shiney Row.

At around 9pm on Sunday, April 5, Easter Sunday, a man was assaulted inside the The Wheatsheaf Public House, off the A182 road.

The victim, aged 38, suffered minor injuries and officers are keen to speak to anyone who was in the pub at the time of the assault as they may be able to help with their inquiries.
