HOUSING allocations and the masterplan for Sunderland’s seafront are among issues to go under the microscope next week.
Sunderland Council’s Environment and Attractive City Scrutiny Committee meets on Monday at 5.30pm, in committee room one at the Civic Centre.
Members will discuss the Seaburn Masterplan.
The Sustainable Communities Scrutiny Committee meets at 5.30pm on Tuesday, also in room one.
The authority’s Housing Allocations Policy is on the agenda to be discussed.
Councillors on both committees will also set their work programme for the year.
There are seven scrutiny committees, which keep tabs on key decisions made by the council’s executive.
