A NEW offer is being served up in a showcase of a city’s culinary gems.

Dine InDurham runs until Sunday and is dishing up discounts, competitions and events ranging from cookery demonstrations to producers markets.

It is being led by Durham Business Improvement District (BID).

Sonali Craddock, its manager, said: “The Dine InDurham experience is not just about ‘dining’ but also about getting out and ‘doing’, so whether diners are passionate about food or simply want a new experience, Dine InDurham will offer something to suit every palate.”

A pop-up champagne and oyster bar is also up and running above the Market Vaults and will welcome visitors from noon until 7pm tomorrow, with a picnic basket shop, run by the Court Inn, also trading.
