FITNESS expert Katie Bulmer-Cooke says she is living proof anyone can win in the Sunderland Echo Portfolio Business Awards.
Katie walked off with the Small Business of the Year trophy for her online personal fitness and training business The Little Black Dress Club.
“All the businesses I was going up against were really good,” she said.
“The standard of competition was really high and I really did not expect to win, especially as my business was quite different from the others.
“Anyone, no matter how big or small their business, can win in the Portfolio Awards – my win goes to show that.
