ONE of this summer’s Stadium of Light headline acts is riding high at number one.

Bruce Springsteen has bagged the top slot in the UK charts with his album Wrecking Ball.

He is expected to perform tracks from the album at the gig at the Stadium of Light on June 21 and possibly crowd favourites Born in the USA, Dancing in the Dark and many more.

Seated tickets for the concert are sold out, but general admission tickets remain available from www.livenation.co.uk.

Hospitality tickets are also available.

The Boss is one of three big-name acts to perform at the Stadium of Light this summer.

Coldplay will take to the stage on June 7, and Red Hot Chili Peppers on June 24.
