Accountancy firm backs Sunderland Echo Portfolio Awards

A chartered accountants which is backing the Echo’s Portfolio Awards has told of the firm’s great year.

New online developments and a new look at its marketing strategy make it a fantastic time for TTR Barnes and now comes support for our awards.

TTR Barnes are sponsoring the Employer of the Year award this year due to their strong beliefs in the good practice of employers.

A spokesman said: “It’s been another great year for Sunderland’s largest independent firm of chartered accountants, TTR Barnes.”

Bosses put it down to a policy of personalised, added-value service” which really does appear to make a difference to clients.

The spokesman added: “With a new look at their marketing plan and strategy, TTR Barnes is focused on ensuring that the different services that they provide for clients are as good as they possibly can be.”

The firm helps in many ways, including supporting businesses from start-ups and streamlining firms to established businesses.

Its new developments include the introduction of Open Space which is a new secure online area where clients can exchange documents and access tax returns and accounts.

The TTR Barnes TaxApp is also now available. It’s a tool with lots of tax tips and which can help to easily calculate company car and fuel benefits, mortgage repayments and VAT due amongst many others.

The spokesman added: “TTR Barnes are sponsoring the Employer of the Year award this year due to their strong beliefs in the good practice of employers.
