A MAN dropped kicked a Jack Russell terrier after it showed interest in his own bitch which was in heat.
Mark Nadolski kicked the elderly Tip three metres before the dog hit a wall.

Despite suffering a broken rib, Tip made a full recovery, Consett Magistrates's Court heard.

Nadolski, 30, of Seven Acres, Great Lumley, admitted causing unnecessary suffering to an animal on January 24, this year.

Warren Grier, defending, said in mitigation: "Mr Nadolski breeds dogs so it was particularly important to him to control which dog mated with Kia."

He was given a 12-month community order, 150 hours of community work and £500 costs.
