The hunt for Poo Girl has stepped up.
The same name has been put forward a number of times for the North East lass who got lodged in a loo at Leeds Festival.

The teenage music-lover dropped her bag into the long-drop toilet - containing her money and bus ticket home - and bravely tried to retrieve it.

She could not reach with one arm so put the other one in, only to get wedged by her shoulders in the seat, just feet from the cesspit.

It took firefighters more than 20 minutes to free her, before she was taken to an onsite medical centre where she was checked over and had a shower.

She has been dubbed Poo Girl on numerous Internet groups set up in about her ordeal, while a variety of Poo Girl merchandise has quickly sprung up, including caps, hoodies, T-shirts, mugs and stickers.
