STRIKER Louis Saha met droves of Black Cats fans as he signed copies of his new book.

The former France international, who signed for Sunderland in the summer, has released Thinking Outside the Box: Reflections on Life As a Premier League Footballer.

Louis met supporters eager to get his name on copies of the new release, which has gathered positive reviews, in Waterstones bookshop, The Bridges, Sunderland city centre.

The book includes insights from Louis’ former manager at Manchester United, Sir Alex Ferguson, football legends Zinedine Zidane and Thierry Henry, ex-Chelsea striker Didier Drogba and Australian international Tim Cahill.

Ex-Fulham, Manchester United, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur forward Louis is still to score for Martin O’Neill’s team, and will be hoping to break his duck for the Wearsiders away at Norwich City tomorrow.
