FORMER Sunderland pub singer Jade Thirlwall will find out if she will scoop the X Factor crown during this weekend’s final.

The 18-year-old member of Little Mix will tonight perform alongside mentor and judge Tulisa Contostavlos in a hotly-contested final.

Jade, who used to perform at Sunniside’s Bar Justice, will battle it out on stage with her bandmates, including Perrie Edwards from South Shields, after being voted through last week’s semi-final.

They face fierce competition from Marcus Collins and Middlesbrough’s Amelia Lily.

The winner will be announced after voting lines close tomorrow.

If the girl group win they will make it into the X Factor history books by becoming the first group to win.

Little Mix were put together by Tulisa during the Boot Camp stages of the ITV competition after auditioning as solo artists.

Coldplay, former X Factor winner Leona Lewis and former X Factor finalists One Direction will also perform on stage.
