Customers comment: After emailing for advice I made an appointment at the Sea Road, Sunderland store.In this day and age where great customer service is few and far between I felt I had to praise the wonderful friendly professional service I received. I will return and also tell everyone how good the service was.

I got a bra from here and was fitted with the wrong size four sizes smaller than the one I was wearing I took it home because I was told that was the size I needed. I put it on on my next night out and had to take it off as it was cutting into me like you wouldn't believe.
I went back to the shop and they exchanged it for the next size up and I bought another one... this was over £70s worth of bras I can't wear these either they cut in around the side and back and the straps hurt my shoulders even with and extension in it is still too tight..
Needless to say I will not be going back...I live some distance from the shop so it cost a fortune in bus fares plus well over an hours traveling each way.

They are really friendly in this store and offer a bra fitting service which is very useful because aparently most women wear the wrong size bra!

Although they can be a little expensive i think its worth paying more to make sure you get the fit size bra so it lasts longer and is comfortable because that’s the most important thing.

I agree with the other reviewer that their prices are quite good because they prices dont increase depending on the size, just the style which is super if you are a larger size.

Sadie the bra lady always reminds me of school, when the lady used to joke on about it… I never actually realised until a few years ago that it was actually a real brand/shop!!!

They do a very good bra fitting service and although their bras are quite expensive, I think they are a worthwhile buy. They can last upwards of two years if you wash them well, by hand. When I consider how many cheap, ill-fitting bras I used to buy I think that buying a few decent bras from Sadie works out to be better value in the long run.

They are also very good if you are an awkward size that ordinary high street shops do not usually stock, and they charge the same price regardless of whether you are a 32A or a 42G! I wholeheartedly recommend them. After years of wearing cheap bras, I don’t think I could ever go back to them.
