Citrus Durham has appointed Savills to market a prime residential site for up to 120 homes at its flagship, mixed-use site next to Junction 61 of the A1(M), just next to Bowburn.
Proposals for the Integra 61 project have already been approved for around 300 homes, more than 3 million square foot of employment space, and a 70 bedroom hotel, a family pub restaurant, a nursery, car showrooms and a number of shop unites.

Phase two is on the northern part of the site which is surrounded by Bowburn Beck, existing and new housing and is connected to the centre of Bowburn Village by a newly constructed footpath.
Savills is inviting offers by noon on Friday, May 28.
Located 4 miles away outside of Durham, leaders say it is will connected for residents and will have a range of amenities and job opportunities on the site itself, making it a “highly sustainable location.”
The sale of the residential plot follows on from the recent announcement that Citrus Durham was awarded planning consent to deliver a new business hub, Evolution@Integra61, which will add up to 23 flexible units available to purchase or lease.
