Hide AdHayley is no stranger to the restaurant trade. Before running her own business, she worked in the profession from leaving school and said: “I worked my way from the bottom to general manager.”
Then, she set up her own company called Abimil Group, which was named after her two little girls.
She began by doing outside catering before setting up her own premises, which now has a team of 20 people working in it.
Further branches will follow in the East End and Roker in the coming months.
